New years eve menu $60 per person set menu includes champagne toast

 

Appetizers (choose one per couple)

  • Maryland crabcake (a la carte $18)

  • Shrimp cocktail (a la carte $18)

 

Salad choice (choose one per person)

  • Fresh roasted beet salad:  arugula goat cheese vinaigrette and balsamic glaze (a la carte $14)

  • Tuscan pasta salad: field greens, heirloom tomatoes, green beans, tricolor pasta, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, pesto and red wine vinaigrette dressing (a la carte $14)

 

Main course (choose one per person)

  • Grilled beef tenderloin tales with side of spinach and roasted potatoes topped with veal demi glaze sauce (a la carte $38)

  • New Zealand ora king salmon (the Japanese wagyu of fish) grilled Cajun with a side of green beans almondine and basmati rice (a la carte $42)

  • Maria’s famous roasted chicken, whole roasted Amish chicken with arugula, pine nuts, black currants, homemade crouton topped with the roasted garlic lemon sauce (a la carte $38)

Residing in Chicago since 1987 he was an original member of "The Moods" until 2015.

Ollie currently tours Nationally and Internationally with "The Temptations Revue, featuring Nate Evans".

In his spare time he loves his solo career and will create a show to log into your memory banks forever.
